Product Orders

All equipment is subject to availability. Prices are quoted in USD and do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless explicitly specified in the invoice.

We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue products without prior notice. Order confirmation will be sent via email after payment verification.

• ✓ Bulk orders require 30% deposit, balance before shipment
• ✓ Lead times: 7-14 days for local warehouse stock, 45-55 days for factory orders
• ✓ Custom orders may have extended lead times

Warranty & Returns

We provide a 2-year limited warranty on all main components (motors, electronics, mechanical frames). This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

Due to the nature of industrial sports equipment, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within 30 days of arrival. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and video documentation of the issue.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Orders will be processed upon confirmed receipt of payment. For bank transfers, please allow 2-3 business days for clearance. A deposit may be required for large-volume orders.

All transactions are securely processed. Prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our warehouses in China, USA, Australia, and Denmark (EU Hub). Shipping times vary by location:

• 🇺🇸 United States: 7-14 days (local warehouse)
• 🇦🇺 Australia: 7-14 days (local warehouse)
• 🇩🇰 Denmark (EU): 7-14 days (local warehouse)
• 🌍 Global (from China): 45-55 days sea freight

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
