From Factory Floor to Founder

Before VEKEDA SPORTS, William Liu worked inside the SIBOASI factory — learning how every ball machine and stringer was built. He knew the quality, the craftsmanship, and the challenges customers faced. But he also knew that being a distributor meant he could offer better value, faster response, and genuine care — for every single customer, no matter how small.

In October 2018, he began helping customers directly. The first order wasn’t a ball machine — it was a power cable, then a remote control, then a five-tooth clamp. Small parts, but they built the trust that would lead to something bigger.

Soon came the first machine: an entry-level tennis ball machine shipped to Justin, a home user in Australia. Then a stringing machine for a customer in Saudi Arabia. More orders followed — and eventually, a thank-you video from Mexico.

In 2019, William secured the exclusive distributor agreement for North America — a major step that opened doors to clubs, academies, and serious players across the continent. He personally arranged container shipments, inspected every pallet, and made sure each order reached customers safely. Whether it was a single machine for a family or a full container for a club, every shipment was handled with the same care.

In 2023, he founded VEKEDA SPORTS. What happened next confirmed everything he believed in: the customers stayed. The man in Saudi Arabia who sent videos. The player in Mexico who shared her joy. Justin in Australia. Clubs across the US, Finland, Italy. Coaches in Poland, Romania, Australia. Partners in Israel and beyond. They didn’t just stay — they continued to trust him, not just as a supplier, but as a partner who had always been there for them.
